Tech Lead
Been using DevopsDock for about 4 months now. Initially had concerns about code quality but those disappeared fast. Their CI/CD approach saved us from a mess of dependency issues we'd been fighting for weeks. Not gonna lie, there was a small learning curve with their Trello system, but after the first week it clicked. They rewrote our entire CI pipeline that was taking 40+ minutes down to under 8 minutes. The backend refactoring they did actually fixed memory leaks we didn't even know we had. Still wish they had Slack integration instead of just Trello, but that's minor compared to the value. Our internal team can focus on core features while they handle the infrastructure headaches.
Head of Product development
DevopsDock helped us launch two major features that were stuck in backlog hell for months. Our customers had been requesting a dashboard redesign since forever, and they delivered it in just over a week. The subscription pause feature is brilliant for our budget planning - we cranked through a big infrastructure upgrade in January, paused in February when we were in planning mode, then picked back up in March for implementation. Only small issue was a slight miscommunication on API documentation requirements, but they adjusted quickly once we clarified. Definitely renewed our contract - having their expertise on-demand beats hiring another full-time developer right now.
Marketing Director
As someone who speaks marketing not tech, I was dreading managing our website rebuild. My developer requests usually sit in queue for weeks. With DevopsDock, our landing page conversions jumped 32% after they implemented the changes I'd been begging our internal team to make for months. They actually explained technical limitations in terms I could understand rather than just saying 'that's not possible.' When our Black Friday campaign had a last-minute issue, they fixed it within hours - on a weekend! Not the cheapest option out there, but absolutely worth it when I calculate the revenue increase from having a site that actually works.
Small requests are incremental enhancements or fixes you can bolt onto an existing codebase (e.g. adding a button with backend logic), and typically take up to ~3 days. Complex requests involve building significant new functionality or whole applications from the ground up (e.g. a brand‑new website), and can take longer depending on scope.
Book a plan and we'll quickly add you to your very own Trello board. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to rock. Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request services can be found on the board itself.
We're fluent in English, French, German, and Arabic. Most of our clients work with us in English, but we're comfortable communicating and delivering work in any of these four languages. Project documentation can be provided in your preferred language, and we can integrate multilingual elements into your applications if needed.
devopsDock is a multicultural, multidisciplinary team led by our founders, Vitali and Khalil. We handle every aspect of your project in house no outsourcing. So you’ll collaborate directly with our experts from kickoff through launch.
Once you book a plan, you'll be able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
We get it, some months are lighter than others, and that’s totally fine. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
Larger requests are broken down on DevopsDock's end. This applies to full-scale websites, dashboards, techstack cloud migrations, multi-featured mobile apps, UI/UX work, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-72 hours until the entire request is done.
We're pretty flexible with our tech choices. We're comfortable with a range of technologies. Rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all stack, we first talk with you to understand what you actually need. Some clients need something simple and lightweight, others need enterprise-grade cloud solutions for techstack that includes AI features. Once we understand your requirements, we'll recommend the right tools for the job. No overengineering, no unnecessary complexity - just practical solutions that work for your specific situation.
DevopsDock offers a ton of flexibility in how you formulate your requests using Trello. Some common ways clients request solutions is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs, wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the work delivered, we'll revise it until it meets your expectations at no additional cost. Our goal is to build a long-term partnership based on trust and quality results.
Absolutely. We generally do not take on project management responsibilities, game development, on-site work, hardware-related tasks, or refactoring of legacy software. However, exceptions may be considered in specific contexts or under separate contractual agreements.
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your plan go to waste.
We offer a 75% refund of the purchase price within the first 7 days after payment. This does not apply to work already completed. You also have a 14-day cooling-off period where you can withdraw from your purchase contract and request a full pro-rata refund without giving any reason. After the cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period you've already paid for.
Yes! Whether you need devopsDock support for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional needs.
